  1. Take same amount of coriander leaves,curry leaves,pudina leaves.
  2. Clean & wash these ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Mix these above said ingredients with some water and blend it.
  4. Filter the mixture and add palm sugar (required quantity), a pinch of salt to it and mix it well.
  5. Now the healthy and nutritious herbal juice is ready.

This juice contains more amount of vitamin – A, Calcium,Iron. This juice is very useful for anemia, high blood pressure and digestive problems.
